What is CanvasWizard?

We produce and sell personalised printed and cut materials as acrylic, vinyl, canvas. Our product range includes different and unique shape canvas pictures, clocks, photo holders, wall stickers and acrylic wall pictures.

How can I contact you?

How can I get my discount code?

You need to share our webpage on Facebook and we will send your discount code through email within 24 hours

How long is the discount code validation?

No expiry date; you can use whenever you want.

How can I redeem my discount coupon code?

  1. Before you pay for your item click “to enter your code”
  2. Please find your coupon code in email from us
  3. Copy and paste it in to the coupon code text box on Checkout page
  4. Click “Apply Coupon” button

Your discount will be automatically deducted.

How long does it take from my order you dispatch my item?

We will dispatch your item within 3 working days after your clear payment, image and confirmation of proof received (if we need it)

How do I order more than one same printed item with different images?

If you would like printed items with different images please add them to the basket separately and upload images separately to the items

How can I upload my image?

You can do this after payment procedure. It is very simple:

  1. Go to My Account page and under Recent Orders choose which order/product you wish your image on
  2. Click to “Upload” or upload icon
  3. Choose your image
  4. Click upload button

I want a product with multiple images. How can I upload/send more than one image?

If you have your images compressed as .zip file you can upload that, or you can send original files via email to info@canvaswizard.co.uk.

I made a mistake, Can I change image after upload?

After you upload your requested image you can’t change it by yourself, please check your image carefully before you upload it. If your order status is still “On Hold” you can send an email (with attached image what you would like to change to) to info@canvaswizard.co.uk. You can check your order status in My Account page under Recent Orders; if we still didn’t start to work on your order we we’ll change the image for you.

You can upload jpg, jpeg, png, ai, psd, tif, bmp, pdf , zip formats.

What resolution of image recommended?

What does resolution mean?

The resolution is the number of pixels (individual points of color), expressed in terms of the number of pixels on the horizontal axis and the number on the vertical axis.

I’d like some modification on your product. Can you customize it?

We offer a fully personalized service, so if you can’t find your exact idea in our product range (e.g. size, shape, design, style, colour, clock position, etc.) we will try to go closer to your imagination. You can give your idea through our contact form or email and we will modify the requested product and send a preview image back to you.

Is proof available?

Yes, it is. We can send it for you on request. We we’ll start work after your confirmation.

Can I get any samples?

Yes you can get canvas print samples from part of your photo/image! Click here and buy samples only for £2.

Shipping services

We send items with Royal Mail or our courier company.

How much is delivery cost?

Standard delivery method is free for you, we won’t charge for it.

How do I change the delivery address after I’ve placed an order?

If you need to change the address where you want your order to be delivered, we can do this any time while your order shows as ‘On Hold’ in the My Orders tab. After your order is on ‘Processing’, it’s too late to change for free. We charge £5 for the late delivery address changing, plus any delivery charge differences.

Where do you deliver?

We can deliver to anywhere in the UK and Ireland. If you need a delivery outside UK, please contact us and we will send a quote for you.

There is something wrong with my order, what do I do?

We work hard to make sure you order is produced to our high standards. In the unlikely event that you find something wrong, please contact us and explain the issue. We’ll do our best to resolve it to your satisfaction.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you’ve checked out, your order will begin our automated production process. As we’re manufacturing something just for you, it’s not possible to cancel your order once we begin.

I’ve noticed a mistake, can I change my order?

Please check your design, dates, times, addresses, prices and spelling carefully before you finish. If you spot an error after your order is on “Processing” we’re sorry that we won’t be able to change it.

How can I partner with CanvasWizard?

There are lots of ways you can partner with us. If you’re a graphic designer, we can sell your designs on our products. If you’re a print supplier, you can sell your products through us. If you’re a shop owner, you can also sell our products. For more information please contact us.
